The licence is CC0, so fell free to use whatever you want!
With a basic rig and .GLTF (With rig) .OBJ (Without) exported to be more compatible with game engines!
Update 0.1: Added the bend bones rig to the .GTLF version and now with the source .blend file included! I have used Blender 3.6.2!

Very neat. Thank you. Reminds me of those vending machine sticky characters with sticky balls as hands and feet. :)
